I have been working out/ eating better for about a month now, and so far I have lost 10 lbs. However, finding motivation to maintain a daily workout routine and to make good eating decisions can be rather difficult. I have found that the best way to keep up these habits is to be accountable to someone other than myself. It would be lovely to have someone else to share my progress with and encourage me to always do my best. I also think it could really help someone else out. If anyone is interested in making a new friend and having a workout buddy please let me know
Looking for a workout buddy!

Um, hell yeah. I started on the 27th of December with lots of hikes. I'm new to here, but I will definitely be your weight loss buddy.

Why not make it a group? I need to work on my ballet video etc."I think you call me 'Sexy'." "Only when we're alone!" "We are alone." "Come on then, Sexy."

I went on a walk with my bro yesterday and realized it's not as easy to walk as it used to be. I need to get back in shape.
Only last night I stepped back into a pothole and hurt my ankle which I irirtated today by trying to do a coupel pirouttes (which I sucked at BTW P). And then when I got home today from something I stepped up onto the front porch and splatted on my knees. XD So yeah. Might hafta take it a bit light. XD"I think you call me 'Sexy'." "Only when we're alone!" "We are alone." "Come on then, Sexy."
