Its up to you. If you feel bad and having some problem then you should lose your weight and if you are OK then OK with all. Anyway i think that you have some extra fat and you should lose it. And for this propose you should take a having low fat diet. Thanks.

Judging from the pictures, you don't look overweight at all. Of course, just about everybody can lose a little weight, but I view gaining muscle as more important than losing fat. If your concern is physical fitness (keyword: NOT APPEARANCE), then focus more on increasing strength and endurance than just getting a flat stomach. I know many people who are very fit yet are also chubby at the same time.

I would start off by checking what foods you're eating on a regular basis. Are they healthy? High in fat/sodium/carbs? Having good food really makes a difference!
Other than that running/core workouts will do wonders for your stomach! Do a bit of cardio each day and try to do some ab workouts. It should help turn your fat into muscle.

You don't need to lose weight. You are no more overweight than I am and I can bench almost 200 pounds! Seriously man your in good shape,above average to tell the truth.
