[B]Im trying this new diet, where i only drink water, and eat one small meal at dinner. I also work out by doing cardio. I run a little while, and do push ups, sit ups, and lunges. I wanna lose weight fast, in order to go to prom with a guy who asked me. Am I doing it right?[/B]

No. This is a really unhealthy way to go about dieting. It's verging on anorexia. You will not be able to sustain this for a long tim, and even if you do then you can do some serious damage to yourself.
With the amount you are trying to burn off compared with how much energy you are taking in, your body is crying out for glucose and your cravings will go through the roof.
Having water be your only drink is a good idea, but eating 3 meals a day will be much better than eating just one, and much easier to maintain.The post was edited 1 time, last by Eminemaniac ().

Losing weight in short period of time is eaither impossible or very unhealthy -
Please tell me you're joking. That isn't a healthy, logical, or even effective way to diet at all. To start with, trying to lose weight fast is a losing battle. Try instead to lose weight efficiently and healthily. Cut out unnecessary fats and oils, eat clean, drink water, get plenty of sleep, exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes per day, and work in some weights.~*~
