Well there is no good age because you should only do it when you are ready willing and able. I shall admit I lost my virginity at age 14 and no I don't regret it like some people do. Why did I choose that age you may ask,simple I was dating a very attractive slightly older girl who wanted to have sex. I of course being myself did anything and everything with her. But what I'm trying to say is you choose the best time to lose your virginity that's all I'm saying.
