Being diabetic and who has to use insulin by injection morning and evening, I have to eat properly or get a hypo. A good breakfast, however, is essential as it will stoke you up until lunchtime. Some of you I know may graze throughout the morning, but I must warn against consuming too many sugary stuff. That could lead to diabetes later in life and that's the last thing you want.
Toast and a low sugar spread, or a cooked breakfast, tea or coffee or both. Much as corn flakes are yummy, don't just eat a bowl of cereal as it will make you feel empty later.
