As school is getting started, I wanted to provide a space for folks to share their favorite snacks! This can be helpful for folks looking for healthy (and/or, more importantly, delicious) things they can bring to school or work.
Mine are:
Popcorn (my ultimate favorite food, I adore popcorn)
Chex Mix (I love the spicy and jalapeno cheddar flavors the best, but often buy traditional at a naerby bulk store to my house and pack serving sizes for the week)
Almonds (My favorite "healthy" almond variety is roasted and lightly salted. I also enjoy Blue Diamond Wasabi and Soy almonds)
Chips/crisps, potato or corn. I love all chips, I pretty much like any brand or flavor.
Greek yogurt (I really love the Chobani flips. They're a bit high in sugar, but are really tasty)
String cheese and apples
Apples and peanut butter
Rice cakes and peanut butter
