Well, that's not directly on the floor. It's pretty much a foldable/rollable mattress that's on the floor instead of slightly higher (on a bed).

Is this sleeping directly on the hard floor? What kind of bad behavior did you do? Even so, that's seems wrong.

I haven't been punished since I was 13 years old and that was taking electronics away and not being able to hangout with friends. Now I just have a discussion with my mom if she feels I do something she disagrees with. This sleeping on a hard floor seems a bit extreme and a very cruel punishment and somewhat weird.
