I am not in a relationship right now. But if i were i would not have any problems due to covid. In Germany you are allowed to visit your significant other. And this does NOT only apply to married or mature couples.

Harder to visit people, but I'm single so no affect on that kind of relationship.

I don't think so. If each partner is responsible and trust the othrr then you can see each other with no problem. Also if you love each other truly, absence would not make any difference either.
