Do they change their underwear after doing PE, gymnastics yoga, step dance, or other sports activity or use the same ??

I used the same and changed it after showering at home.

only at home after showering , probably before bed

I usually change but sometimes I forget about it at home and I use it or I don't use it and I shower after PE and because I have classes to follow
