It's sort of irrelevant to the question, but you know how a lot of forms ask if you've ever had surgery and what surgeries?
If you're circumcised, ya, the people asking the question don't care about if your dick is clipped or not, but ya... circumcision is still a surgery even if you've had it. -

Natural. Not uncut. It’s natural. Cut/mutilated is not the norm

So in a good percentage of the world, it is not normal (ie the normal practice or belief)
And 0% are born that way and there's very little verification that the health benefits are actually true (and not fulled by American health money) and can cause risks, which is why its not common in Europe and is actually debated as being a possible criminal act (though no country has yet put that into law)

It’s not common where I live and I was nervous about showering in the locker room but I’ve never had issues just guys looking cuz they were curious about it. My guy friends have asked about it when they’ve seen it but that’s about it.

Circumcision seems to be uncommon in Europe. Some exceptions include Muslims and Jews. It is different over here. Everyone in my class is cut. It is very rare to see an uncut boy in the public beach and pool changing rooms.
