Do you know any good clothes for girls who are short and busty?

I am 14 years old, and I am currently 4'9 in height and weigh about 90 lbs, but these last couple years my breasts have grown quite quickly, and gone from a 32B to a 32D, and I am starting to think that I might even be close to a 32DD.
This has made it very difficult to find clothes that fit well without looking strange, like for example a loose shirt will look almost like a tent, and a tight shirt can often feel a bit warm
(I also hesitate to wear cleavage, since I have noticed that this makes a lot of much older men start gawking at me).

I have a few cute dresses in polyester that don't have any cleavage, so that's what I often like to wear, but I would also like to wear something else every now and then.

Sometimes different colors and patterns can change how you look. Also a belt takes the focus away sometimes. I saw youtube videos that show how to change your looks through clothes.

I haven't tried belts yet, but I do think that they look good on the girls that I have seen wearing them.

I guess my second problem would be that my breasts are pretty heavy for the rest of my body.
I have heard that you can buy special bras for extra support...?

I dont know about that part. I dont hardly have any. But I think in the videos they said about some patterns so long as proper fit and not stretched can make them appear less. Its like the patter blends in and makes you look flatter.
