Mostly in grade 5. Preconception was a separate topic in grade 6.

They started ours in 4th grade, and we had yearly talks until 8th grade. Not all of it was about sex and puberty, though. Lots of topics like consent and risks were covered.

In my school they called it "reproductive health class" it is taught in 5th grade. But I think it should be taught earlier. Not after puberty hits, but before that so you know what is happening with you when it happens.

In the UK our class the last few weeks in year 4 before the summer holidays, just about puberty/body changes then in year 5 (9-10) was when it was in more detail and about periods and we were given sample packs of pads. Then in year7 in high school we were given another talk about periods and given more samples and started lessons about sex/pregnancy.
-
It was year 5 we just learned about body changes and what to expect
-
we had ours in 5th grade

6th grade. boys and girls separate classes...Called child development.
-
It was in year 5 for us here

Ours began in 5th grade. As far as I know, that's common throughout the U.S. (or perhaps 6th grade when middle school begins). I didn't start puberty until I was 13-14, but I think beginning it at around age 11 is appropriate.
