Hey, I'm a 14 year old girl and I want to lose some weight and get a smaller waist. I have a normal bmi but is it even possible to get a smaller waist though you have normal weight? Btw my waist size is 70cm my weight is 52,8 kg and my height is 164cm. I want my waist to have 60cm and I want to lose 4 Kg. Do you have some tips?
I need Advice on losing weight and get a smaller waist.

Well exercise liking walking and swimming, drink lots of water, don’t eat junk… but why? Your body sounds great

just eat well, drink lots of water and exercise for your own health and you’ll look your best that way -

Careful with this, just warm for healthy because you may love weight and not get curves at all
Curves come with age usually
You might end up like me and just pass for a skinny boy more than a girl
which is fine but doesn’t sound like what you want -
If your hips haven't widened yet, you'll have a square shape still. Once your hips widen, many of the organs in your abdominal cavity drop down into your pelvis, automatically giving you a narrower waist.
But if you do too much of the wrong types of core exercises, you can make your waist wider. Specifically, the obliques, the muscles that run along the side of your abdominal area. Exercise them, but to tone and tighten them, not to build up muscle volume.
Posture can help too. If you haven't taken any dance lessons since you were a little girl, think about taking some now. Even just 3 hours a week and you'll be learning how to hold your body to look its best.
