Wish Me Luck!

    • Wish Me Luck!

I’ve practiced singing this song to sing at the next school party. And I was just texted by the schools music teacher. He says that we now have the final date for the party in question. It will be November 26th.

I’ve practiced growling for a long long time and it’s going so well, now I need to try to perform. As this song is quite hard, I’ve been talking to the teachers about it, but they support me and they are looking forward to see and hear me sing it. I’ve been talking mostly to the music teacher, cause he will be the one to make the instrumental version run in sync with the lyrics, which will be shown behind me on the stage via a projector. :omg:
I’ve been practicing the song a lot at home and I’ve had a lot of support here too and my vocal coach, Mark is just a darling through this. I’m SO close to the official singer’s sound, thanks to him. :lovey:
The teachers I’ve been talking to have all been asking me if I think, I will be ready in time for the party. I appreciate their concern and I will be ready. For sure!
      It’s gonna be sweet. :jmp:
I do think some of the younger and purer students at the school might shed a tear or two and need comfort, but they will pull through, I hope. Even my boyfriend, Peter, gets a little bit pale, when he sees and hears me practice. :/

That is probably also because my body language and facial expressions are pretty much as aggressive as the singer’s in the video. Knowing myself I might get even harsher on a stage. We’ll see.

Thanks. It's a boost to my self esteem in this singing, because I know, what has happened, when I use growling for scare pranks :)
SOOO looking forward to this. I'm starting to think more about what to wear :D

You're welcome, and yes, you had plenty of practice that way. :D
I bet you'll find something until that time. ;)

I'm definitely open to any suggestions from all. An attire, that fits the song and at the same time a school party
