      Yup. Tomorrow morning I go on a bike at our clubhouse and he wants to get my heart rate up and see what happens. From there I progress on this 6 step scale thing. Right now I'm at step one. Step two is the bike. If I pass that, I rapidly move through and go back to a lower step if any symptoms come. My mum is on me about being honest and I will be. Don't want to fuck this up and just want to play!
