Yes you can use the same condoms, but for oral they also make a different kind of "tongue condom" that works better specifically for oral

There is a condom specially made for anal sex, it is stronger. Use it, it's safer!

No idea about anal sex but they do make special oral condoms, and like others say flavoured ones are great too (according to my girlfriend at least lol)[insert signature here]

Had to goggle oral condoms. Appears they are used when giving oral sex to a woman. Standard condom is still used giving oral to a male.

Honestly I've used both Strawberry and Apple flavored ones and really didn't like either. I found it weird, a penis should taste like "penis" lol
