Just wondered as I haven’t started yet and I’m 13 14 in January when I should start getting worried or concerned about not having any changes
Late puberty

Some boys start earlier or later than others. The "normal range" for boys to start puberty is 11-14 with most starting at 12 or 13. Some boys that are your age or later not showing any signs of puberty yet may need to get hormone boosters from their doc to help get puberty kickstarted.

I was almost 14 and my doc said she'd worry if nothing happened by the time I was ready to turn 15.

As others said, no need to worry. But if you already are worried or concerned, you can talk to your physician. They can put you at ease, probably.

I’ve seen some guys in the locker room that are almost 15 and not started yet. Also seen some guys start just before age 11. I think either way they would both suck in their own different way

What's early and what's late?
I started at 12 and some guys were ahead of me and some behind. -

As everyone else said, average is 11-14, talk to your doc if nothing changes by the time you're 15

Delayed Puberty Is where nothing has happened by your 16th birthday for both boys and girls. So certainly 15 is concearning. There is nothing wrong in asking at your next checkup with your doctor. Certainly late 15 is when a doctor might consider hormone injections (testosterone for boys) to help kick things off so it's not the end of the world. Asking earlier might get it on their radar jusy in case
For info precocious puberty is starting too earky before 9 in boys and 8 in girls -
I should also note different things can happen in any order. Pubes, boners, a growth spurt, voice beaking can all happen at any time, order or speed

Thanks for all the replies from everyone I know not to worry for a least another year yet

I was 13.5 before any growth of dick hair, which seems to be what most consider as start, although things were getting bigger prior to.

but seriously....this is normal, and many other people have the same fears. There's a pretty wide range for starting and ending puberty. Not everyone is going to develop at the same rate either. Its pretty unpredictable -
