Have you ever told your friends or family members what your sexual orientation is?

Did you say-str8, str8 curious, bi, gay, or other? :angeldevil:

Did it surprise them what your answer was? Or did they know?
How did your friends, family members react? :fight:

or

When they found out, did it open up to a more sexual relationship? :jmp:

my little sister outted me to my parents!! She didn't mean to cause trouble but just has a big mouth :lol:

Yes, friends, family and probably the whole schools knows. Was kinda an accident with my parents, but everything went well. Also with my friends.

Family knows. No one was surprised. Some close friends know. Everyone is supportive.

I have never said anything, I just let them make up their own minds.
But I heard a couple of guys talking say "I'm not bi, I'm str8"
But I think people say they are bi, to be popular

It is always good, to hear that it when well. when you come out. I hate to hear the stories, when it goes bad.

Came out to parents and brother, but they already knew. Also a couple of close friends, but don't go around announcing it at school

I consider myself lucky. Being raised by lesbians, coming out to them was a breeze, and I only confirmed what they already knew. I was a bit nervous about coming out to friends, but thankfully none of them have a 1950's mindset, so they were all cool with it.

I have told only to my best friend that I'm dating a boy
It was a big surprise to him lol

Everyone else assumes I'm straight coz I dated girls before him

My bf told his best friend too, and his parents also

I kinda don't have to tell anyone. I did have to explain why at a young I was in a compromising position with another boy.
