Do you have sex ed subject at school?

Hello everyone and good morning!
just a quick question: Does your school have this subject? My school doesn't. (currently in the 8th grade, romanian private school)
You can answer these:
Where you live? (ex: US, Poland, UK, France ...etc)
How many subjects do you havein total?(aproximately)
Is your schol private or public?

Yes we have it, live in the uk, we have 12 subjects and it’s a public school

Yes have at least a lesson since 4th grade and health class since 6th grade. USA

I thought the US would be bad compared to other places but sounds like we have more than some of you

The US is my dream place to live in. I love that american atmosphere over there, like its so cozy and familliar even tho i never been over there.

Yes, I had it in the 5th grade in public school in the US.

Yes, we had that at my school. I went to a private non-religious school, so I don't know what the standards of the public school system are, but I know they had some kind of sex ed. Granted, by 8th grade it became more focused on health than on sex. It could've been more informative and more relevant, that's for sure (LGBT only got a passing mention).

We have Health & Wellness which includes sex ed.

We had a single class, mostly about puberty and a little about sex. It was pretty worthless

I have a class in 6th grade, very limited info, class got to roll a comdom on a banana and they gave each of us 2 additional condoms to bring home

Same. We had one 45 minute class during health class in 6th grade. One kid after that class said that he learned more watching porn in 10 minutes than we learned in 45 minutes in that class. Yup.

I learn a lot more here from what ppl post.
