How long after shaving/cutting did your pubic hair grow back to its original length? How much did they prick the skin while growing?

it's gonna be different for pretty much everyone.

It can make it itchy.

No definite time for pubic hair to fully grow back, depends on lots of factors. Itching affects everyone differently too
-
depending on your stage of development, I would say two months

I'm not positive that pubes EVER grow back the way they once were after being shaved. I had my appendix removed a few years ago and they had to shave the top half of my full bush and the shaved part grew back fast but never to the extent of the unshaved part. I can't say either way if it ever would've grew back to the full extent or not cuz since then I've decided to trim my pubes the same length and trim them pretty short.

Each individual hair follicle goes through stages. It starts growing a new hair slowly, the growth accelerates to a peak, stays there for a bit, then slows down and stops and the follicle rests. Sometime during that resting period the hair falls out. Then the cycle repeats.
With animals there seem to be some synchronisation between the follicles, hence season moults, but in humans they are not synchronised so in any collection of hair, at any one time, there will be follicles in different parts of the cycle.
So when you shave an area, immediately afterwards it is only the actively growing follicles from which hair will re-appear. Between those will be the resting follicles. Even the hairs that grow will grow at different rates giving an uneven appearance.
So the previous density of hair to reappear requires waiting so the follicles that resting have also started growing. For head hair, the cycle length is about 7 years. It maybe different for public hair. -
I have never shaved pubes.

Shawn, my best friend and I shave and trim each other's pubes. He likes to be shaved smooth. I just let him trim because it's itchy when they grow back. I like keeping them short so about once every couple weeks he does it to me. I think he shaves once a week. But he's got black pubes and they're thick. Mine are very light brown and not thick. Everyone is different.Somewhat hyper

I've only shaved mine a few times, not regularly. But they always grew back the same and took a guess about 4-6 weeks to grow back full with very little prickly feeling.
