just talk to her like a normal human being

Just have a casual conversation with her, you will find that most girls won't bite if you talk to them normally

not saying to stalk her, but find something you might have in common (hobby, sports team, even a class or teacher in common, or mutual friend)....its much easier to start a conversation, even if it's a purposely made "offhand" comment

yep just play it cool. Be yourself.
then let her be herself. See how well those selves go together and take it from there.
