is it wrong to walk naked in front of younger sibling.
is it wrong

I don't think its wrong but I guess it depends on the intent of doing so?
-
I would say that it depends on the gender of the younger sibling and the age

I share a room with my little brother and so we change and stuff in our room. So that means we see a lot of each other. But we don't walk around the house that way. Mom doesn't really want our sister to see us naked if we can help it

And I guess it would also depend on if the older sibling wants to discuss puberty with the younger sibling.

Depends on the culture, I think.
In Denmark it'll be quite okay. Unmystifying the naked body will teach the younger sibling to relax around nudity and therefore prevent some kind of desperate and wrong decision too soon.
Here nudity is fine and not a problem, while in other cultures, things are blown out of proportion in seconds."Comedy is like sex. If they haven't made a noise in a while, change what you're doing" - Sara Pascoe -
I’d still be interested in knowing how old he is and how old the younger sibling is.

I guess it would depend on how open your family is with nudity, some families are ok some do not want siblings to see each other naked.

If it is just being seen naked, and not doing anything sexual, then in my opinion it isn't so much a case of being right or wrong as just what people are comfortable with.
Someone brought up in a very conservative family where nudity is rare may find it rather uncomfortable: not just being nude themselves but seeing other people nude. Even if you think being that uncomfortable is stupid, making someone else uncomfortable isn't very considerate.
On the other hand, in a more open environment it would no big deal. It is not like something bad is going to happen just because someone sees someone else's body in its natural state. -
i dont think its a big deal if you comfortable with it, so dont worry.

I totally agree but depending on the age difference there could be a lot of questions that the older boy might not be comfortable answering. Blake if the older is 15 and the younger is 9 or 10.
It is certainly possible that a younger boy is going to ask "Why is your dick so much bigger than mine and why does it have hair around it?" On the question or hair, has the younger boy not seen any men or older teens at the beach or swimming pool who have chest and/or underarm hair or ever wondered why his dad has to shave his face and he doesn't?
In fact even penis size could be explained very simply by saying that it is all part of the transition from boy to man. One doesn't have to get into testosterone or sex etc. The only thing that would be slightly more complicated to explain is an erection on the basis that an honest explanation is that this is the penis preparing for possible sex and therefore one has to know what sex is to understand that. But, depending on the age of the younger boy, even that could be explained by just saying that it is something than happens when you get older.
On that I learned a new phrase recently: "A lie to children" which means an over-simplification of something given to someone not ready to understand the correct, but more complicated version.
As an example, in school science we do some calculations around speed, force and distance according to Newtonian physics and ignoring air resistance. People who go on to use physics in their jobs will have to learn the full, more complicated version. Someone who designs cars will be very interested in air resistance and someone designing very small things, like ICs for computers, may need quantum theory. -
Innocent familial nudity shouldn't be something to worry about, regardless of age, unless the family dynamic is absolutely against it and has been expressed as not being allowed.
