Most younger people I know seem conflicted on this. Most people agree its weird for an older man to date someone younger, but wheres the line? Ive known 15yos dating 20yos before, and i know theres even extremer examples. I think younger girls are kind of hot, but only by a couple years. Whats your age and, whats the oldest/youngest you would date

I was younger back then. Its not really creepy when you get context. That situation was really unique and I don't want to get into details because I don't want to break any rules. But no, she was fine and it was 100% consensual.

it doesnt really matter for me ive done couple years younger and few years older. as long as its consensual and legal there isnt any problem with it.

My bf turned 14 in September. I turned 15 in December so there's an age difference between us. He is in grade 9 and I'm in 10th. Physical maturity is the biggest difference between us and he's made a few big time dumb ass decisions lately too, so there is that. My first BF and I were a few months apart in age and we were very similar in maturity level, physical and mental.
For me, it comes down to having things in common first and maturity level second. Quite honestly I don't see myself having anything in common with someone more than 2 or 3 years in age difference from me. I would consider getting together with a 17 year old guy no problem, but probably not an 18 year old (that's not even legal!). Same with younger guys. I would need to have a lot in common with a boy who was say 2 years younger or more than me for me to consider a relationship even though I do fancy younger looking guys for sure, but that applies also applies to boys who are older too!
A 5 year age difference for me at this stage of my life would be completely off limits! -
I'll be 18 in a couple of weeks so that definitely changes my opinion. Even now I need a certain maturity level, so say a 3 year age gap would probably be the largest for a younger boy. An older one would be based on various factors. My bf is a few months older than I am

The idea of 12 yr olds (or like you said, younger) having sex with someone several years older than them is quite concerning to me, consensual or not.
