Today I ooverheard a group of girls refeing to someone as my butterfly when provoked they responded they use code names for boys and they like do other girls do this?
Code names

-
I've used nicknames for different guts I've dated, yeah.
-
I know both girls and boys sometimes (often?) use affectionate nicknames for each other, but I've never personally heard girls use codenames for boys.
-
maybe the girls meant something else when they said "my butterfly".
-
I think it's pretty common with code names when you don't want everyone within earshot to know who or what you're talking about.Keyboard not found. Press F1 for help.
