Im under weight. I have been for years now. I have been 90 pounds for as long as I can remember. Any tips on how to gain weight?

What's you height and age? They have to be considered when we are talking about weight too. If you want to put on weight via body fat, then you have to consume more carbo. If it's some muscles you want, you need protein supplements and the gym.

Hmmm, I need to gain weigh too. And I have many problems with this. I think, you must eat at least 5 meals every day.

FIVE MEALS?!:eek: AH! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! But, seriously, all you need are THREE MEALS a day, LOTS OF WATER (you know the rule: 8-10 glasses a day), and lots of exercise. Sadly, I eat FOUR meals a day, drink 3-5 glasses of water, and I SELDOM exercise. Makes me fat? No! Makes me THIN (not really, though...)! if u wanna gain weight just buy wheat germ..it comes in a jar n it sorda look like bread crums just put a lil bit of tha on everything u eat n ull start to gain weight trust me it works i went from 198 2 being 138 n than when i wanted 2 gain weigh again it was hard my teacher recommanded wheat germ ..i bought it put it on all my food n now i am 157 give it a try it taste like nothing

lol... gain weight? i'm a master at that.. eat chips all the time, chocolates, nuts.. fatty foods,, fast food.. hmmm fried foods... not healthy but you'll gain lots of weight then.
