Hi, I'm 16 years old. I'm about 6 foot 2 tall, weigh only about 60kg and have a 32" waist.
Sometimes I feel like I'm too skinny, I eat plenty and get plenty of exercise and played rugby up until this year and still do a few weights every other evening or so.
Are my proportions normal for my age and is it normal to feel this way?
