I'm not asking for advice, I'm just asking a general statement. What do you do to help alleviate that feeling of everything not going your way?
Personally, I turn optimistic. It's actually easy to tell when something's troubling me because I'll be all smiles and I'll laugh and tell jokes a lot more than usual.
