      Israel could not win a war with Iran alone. there is no way. They would need U.S support. And yes with our current amount of troops it would not be wise to enter a full war with Iran while still being in Iraq. This is why i believe that full war with Iran would require bringing back the draft in order to get more troops. If we did that we would have enough troops. The combined strength of all the US troops plus Israel plus other allies that might join us would topple Iran completely, although it would still be difficult imo. And after we win we can turn Iran into a democracy as well. Then their nuclear facilities will be destroyed, the brutal dictator will be gone, and with Iran and Iraq and Afghanistan becoming stabilized under new democratic governments, and with Israel having victory over Iran, the terrorists will be defeated as well. The perfect strategy.

      You couldn't just topple Iran completely. Look at what as happened in Iraq and Afghanistan. Those countries are worse off than previously, and it doesn't look like there will be peace there for a very long time.

      How do you think those countries will be "stabilised"? I'm sure you can see from Iraq it is not very easy to do, and there will be more opposition in Iran. And the terrorists will not be defeated. They will still fight on if you carry on invading countries.

      It's Israel's problem, not the US's. There is no threat to the US. Has Iran's leader (can't spell his name) made a direct threat toward the USA? No. It's just the US government thinking they run the fucking world as usual, if they go to war, we go to war, and I'm joining the army this September and don't want to fight for some pig of an American politician thinking they can boss the whole world into doing what they want to.
      Stop picking on the weaker nations for fuck's sake... Iran have done wrong, yes. But to the USA? No. Leave them be or your country will be in even more debt, lose even more lives for no reason at all, and be hated by the world that fraction more.
