A "moparscape server" is basically a Runescape Simulation, one could call it. I hosted one for about half a year, made some cash off it, but honestly it's boring. It's basically runescape, but you have too code everything yourself in Java, which isn't hard if you know the scripting language.
link you should check your router, or ask your dad for the pass
sepirothy you should put some dashes in your compiler, or find the perfect compiler by mod taharok (try google) then run the server on the perfect compiler, the enviroment variables should look like this
"so, if you want to solve a real mystery, go ahead and figure out who's taking my NY Times every Sunday, or, better yet, how about why anybody on the planet actually thinks Dane Cook is funny" ~~~~ Dr.Cox
I know the game blows an Zero, you'll feel proud if you pull it off, its like a step of learning shit you may not of done before. Which then can lead of to what ever interets.. For me, it lead me to a lot of shit, thats not even related to coding, but this year I'm going to doing coding but yeah. Don't give in if you like computing.
At the start, I couldn't add the port. I just shut down FireWall. The site, 192.168.1.1. When I have to fill in username and password I type it in but still wont work wtf?
If you can't login to your router via the default username and password, it means someone in your family has changed the password. You will have to talk to them about it.
Will tell you everything, you won't find Mopar on there, so just pick any game.. just make sure you apply the ports and IP from what I say on my guide.
Matt, I tried this, but, what do I do after the "No-IP" part, what do I do? I tried pressing compile.exe and it said "The system cannot find the path specified"
And on runserver.exe, it says
"Error: Unable to startup listener on 43594 - port already in use?
config/objects.cfg: file not found.
Summoning: Loading monsters from Summon.cfg ...
Summoning: Loaded 25 monsters from Summon.cfg!
This does work... you guys are just too stupid to realize that it does. I am creating a server as we speek. My only problem is that I am on a new cable modem with a different setup screen as my original one, and I do not know how to add ports onto it...
