You look fit in your pics I see no reason to lose any weight.
However if you insist on doing so, know this, spot reducing isn't possible. You cannot make a certain body part lose fat without the rest of your body losing fat. So don't think you can do some leg exercise that burn specifically from your legs, you would be burning calories equally throughout your whole body, the difference is you'd be working your leg muscles so you could gain muscle although it's very unlikely without proper supplements and high levels of protein. So basically if you want to reduce your thighs you have to jog or swim or play basketball or any activity that burns a lot of calories. Also spread out your meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals, make those 3 big meals into 6 meals, this keeps your metabolism going fast and steady.

I know how you feel about having thighs you don't like I'm in the same position and tbh the only way mine get smaller is actually by exercising loads and just eating foods with hardly any fat content.
