About 60, probably more. I train for strength and size though. For instance I can bench press 350 pounds 8 times a set, but I could only bench press 250 pounds around 12 times times a set. This because although my muscles are very large, they aren't built for endurance.

When I was like 13 I started doing pushups every day and adding one extra each day. Only lasted la few weeks but I could do around 30 fast in the end. I struggle to get 15 now. Maybe if I had kept up with the adding one on each day I would be he-man by now. Thats annoying.
No idea. 50 or 60. Which is way too little considering that I've been doing the pushup programme. But I'm starting to push myself to go to the gym every day now. So hopefully it'll go up. Though I totally failed doing pushups today because I was FUCKING RETARDED and ate candy before I went. I sucked ass at the pushups. I'm doing them tomorrow instead.
