actually creatine is not found in meat well atleast not like tha it is only found in red meat even tha creatine is not needed 2 build muscle or get big is all protein

Creatine is for healing your muscles faster. Like after you work out your muscles will be ripped and it will make them go back together faster.its just life

ur righ it does get u big faster but it also gives u kidney problems if u dont drink alot of water now if u the person tha drinks alot of water 8oz-12oz 8 times a day than u can take it if not u puttin ur kidneys in danger n if its muscle repairing tha u r lookin for after a work out u can just go 2 the vitiman shopp they sell something called amino acid complex liquid which does the same thing but is natural protein plus it works i take it my self u can give tha a try but if creatine is wha u like than hey go a head n take it if it works y stop takin it righ ..just make sure u drink alot of water...also if ur a creatine person u can also try cell-tech hardcore which is creatine but is strong tha works i took it.. even better if u combine tha with nitro-tech hardcore is mass n rippness all at once

Im 13, and Weigh 158 and am 5 5'
I lift every nigh, since a few nights ago.
*I can lift 30 pounds for each dumbell.
*I do 60 sit-ups a day
*Can lift 100 with legs
*Can only bench about 80 -
Man you shouldnt lift everyday
your body needs rest to build also

I bench somewhere around 115-140lbs when I'm feeling lazy. 150-200lbs when I really try.
My average amount of sit-ups is about 150-250, but I did 500-550 one time!
I lift around 25-50lbs on each dum-bell.
I lift about 350lbs with my legs (yeah, my legs are the strongets part of my body)
I do about 50-70 push-ups.
I do somewhere around 40-50 pull-ups
I punch my punching-bag about 600 times every day
I am 5' 7" and I weigh (last time I checked) 129lbs
(Everything, besides the punching-bag thing, I do every other day) -
I've benched more.
I use to be at 195 now I'm at 196. Oh one measurement up. Wooo. Lol -

i can say 1 thing bout u jake for a person thas 5"7 n only weigh 129 u sure can pic up ALOT...NOT THA WHA U PIC UP IS HEAVY OR ANYTHING CUZ I CAN DO IT BUT AT UR WEIGHT THAS CONSIDER ALOT OF WEIGHT..SO THAS WATS UP...

Well, I'm mostly muscle. If I diden't have so much, I'de probobly weigh about 100-110 lbs, so yeah.
I was born with alot of mucles too, if that help explain it.
I've also been weight training ever since I was about 6 years old, and back then I could almost bench 70 pounds
So yeah, I have "big guns". lol. -

Mines is pretty basic... 4kg dumbbells on each arm every morning until it gets tired.
I also do a paper round on my bike too, so that helps. -
so u like bicep work outs u do any other?
