dang i can c tha yah r probably in shape like me 2 .am 5"10 157lbs work out monday-saturday.bench 135-185 depending how am feelin most eva benched is 225 dislocated my sholder n risk doin it but hey felt great 2 kno atleast i benched it dont u think lol.curl 30-40 in sets most can do is a 45 ...i fly 65lbs in each hand for chest n most push ups eva done is 400

i use whey 100% n it works good, does anyone else no about any other protein drink?, i heard about creatine but i wasn't too sure if it works b/c some people in my school says it doesnt work, the people in my school use whey n they gotton really strong.
creatine. it gives your muscle cells energy. some guy in my weight training class took some for the final. i dont use supplements, im just naturally ripped. lol.
is like a protein powder thing tha u add with milk it taste just like a fuckin shake is crzy but beside tha it gets u build up quick n is stronger then creatine..even though is not creatine
its not creatine though is just protein..am just sayin cuz u kno how they say creatine makes u big n things like tha muscle milk is just protein tha just happens 2 work better than a creatine supplement
hey im 13 5'7 i bench about 110-120 curl like 40 and footballs coming up if i started just using a lot of creatine and stopped lifting will i stay like ripped cuz i like gotta six pack and i was wondering if ill gain muscle and be able to keep what i have goin for me
Btw man you really dont need creatine to get bigger. Protein is the basic. If you get enough of that it will help build your muscles. and if you get all the right vitamins then you will be able to keep you muscle mass longer and it would stay stronger.
I have a friend like you Denz, he was navy (said it was a joke lol). I lift a couple times a week but I'm lazy (I have to get up at 5am to lift at 5:30 before work right?).
5'11, 155lbs. I used to wrestle at 158, but I had some things going on and didn't eat nearly enough so I dropped to 155. Haven't really changed in like 4 years.
