God...Just got finished an hour workout for Freshman Basketball, starting this November. I've been hearing it's hard to make (Even for a freshman sport) and I'm doing some daily lifting (20 pounds, 50-60 reps) (50 pounds, 10-30 reps) and I'm also doing 45 minutes of shooting, dribbling and layups. Do I think I'll make it? I'm about 65% sure. I'm trying to get that up to about 85%-90% sure.
But man, these are hard...I find myself drenched in sweat afternoon, after afternoon.
