Like every one else said. Not every ones body is the same; If you are questioning something go get it looked at by a doctor.

You're going to have to give us a little more information. The testicles are held in a sack, so it is confusing when you call the lump a sack.

So. You have your penis. And below them is your scrotum, which is a sack holding your testicles. You are saying you have a lump on your scrotum, correct? It could be many things, from cancer to a possible third testicle or even something else entirely. My best advice is to go see a doctor; all an online doctor will tell you is to go in and see your doctor anyways. This could be serious, don't be embarrased. Go ahead and tell your dad you have a lump, and tell him you want to see a doctor to check it out, he will most likely agree.

And it isn't a hernia, those aren't on the balls, they are in the muscles around the crotch region. A hernia is when you strain a muscle in the crotch region. Don't worry, if it was a hernia you'd have immense pain and trouble walking and getting up and sitting down.

Its not normal, and its not a hernia. Could be a hydrocele or spermatocele (sp) but it also could be something much worse..... tell your folks and go to the doctor asap!

Could possibly be cancer, you should look up testicular cancer in Google, check out all the symptoms, if a few of them sound like what your going through get it checked right away. Getting it checked earlier is easily treatable, to late and it will spread to both balls, then your screwed.

Get professional medical advice a.s.a.p. It could either be a hydrocele (click here) or an inguinal hernia (click here). Both can be easily remedied.

Go to the doctor now dude. Hopefully (and most likely) it is just hernia. They just open you up about an inch above your penis and get that sucker outa there!

yea, he's right. And don't be embarrassed. Doctors see this sort of thing all the time. Especially penis doctors.
