how can i style my hair like this?

what products do i need? i have tried gel and tried styling my hair like this it didn't really work. Also what length do i need my hair to be? my hair is quite curly also

Why would you want to have to style it like that everyday, you cant copy peoples haircuts unless you have the same hair type, grows the same way and from the right area etc
