Did man ever land on the moon?

    • Re: Did man ever land on the moon?

Show me moon footage where the flag waves. It doesn't wave, it's just wrinkled. Also, you do realize that if it were on earth the flag would be hanging down because of gravity right?

      Like this:

The only reason flags sometimes stay up on earth is because the wind blows them or they have a rod on top holding them. Otherwise they hang like the picture i posted.

Why is this even up for discussion? The Qu'ran already foretold that man will land on the moon in 1969.

Open the Qu'ran and read the very first verse of chapter 54:

      54:1.

“The Hour has come closer, and the moon (Qamar) has split / asunder / drift off.”

Lets cast a deeper look to this verse. “The moon has split.” This is a metaphor. Parts of the moon have left its surface. They no longer are part of the moon. So, the prophecy does not refer to the landing on the moon or to the first step made by Neil Armstrong but to the fact that Armstrong and Aldrin collected 21 kilograms of lunar rocks to bring them back to earth. The prophecy was fulfilled at the very moment the Astronauts left the moon in the lunar module containing 21 kilograms of rocks that had belonged to the moon in July 21, 1969.

Now lets me give you some numerical information of this verse. The chapter number is 54 and the verse number is 01. The Arabic word "Al-Qamar" which means "The Moon" that is used in 54:1 is the 19th "Al-Qamar" in the whole Qu'ran (out of 26 occurrences). Now you will be surprised to see that this verse is just not only prophesying about splitting the moon but also gives the exact date and time of the occurrences.

      Time.

The moment of the fulfillment is confirmed by the hour of departure. The Lunar Module left the lunar surface at 17:54:1 (Universal Time) or 1:54:1 (EDT) and as you have seen it above, verse 54:1 is the verse that deals with the prophesy.

      Date.

1)If you choose the large gematrical values of the Arabic letters along with some small letters of the verse 54:1, you will get the sum as 1390. In Julian calendar (Arabic Hijri) this 1390 is 1969 Gregorian year, the year when man landed on the moon.

2)This prophecy has come to pass on July 21, 1969. Let us write those numbers down in the format used by almost all countries: 21/07/1969.

      We get 21071969 and 21071969 = 19 * 1109051.

It is interesting to note that the American date of landing is coded. The lunar module landed on July 20: 7/20/1969.

      Indeed: 7201969 = 379051 * 19.

Reminding you again that the word ‘Moon’ in verse 54:1 is the 19th occurrence from the beginning of Qu’ran.
Nice guys talk because they have something to say; pick-up artists talk because they have to say something.

Sorry. It's on topic by the skin of it's teeth and it, like most attempts to read too much into religious texts, ends up silly by the end.

      You're an idiot.

when Allah told us about splitting the moon, it was back in the days where people asked prophet "Mohammad" to show them proof that Allah exist by splitting the moon, and infact ALlah did split the moon (till now you could see that there is a split in the moon, and some of those people changed to the religion of Islam.

The moon has appeared to split in half according to MANY eye witnesses!

Ah, so it is proof that the moon exists!

And how does this disprove that man never went to the moon, exactly?
