i ran home today. 2 miles in 20 mins. i spose that's not all that bad considering i had a bag and i'm on my period and i was wearing boots. i normally run 2km on the treadmill twice a week.
I love to run. I was on the track team for a little bit and I ran my 100 meter in 12 seconds flat-footed. To be honest that is pretty good for running that way. And I also ran my school mile in 5:30, it was great:)
i used to be really good at sprinting. like i'm still fast, but then i got boobs. so its a little more difficult. but if i have to, then ill sprint loool
