My diet isn't that great tbh as i only have like one meal a day and things like that, i eat reasonably healthy though.
I have to take iron tablets as i don't get enough iron in my body cos it mostly comes from meat.
The only thing i miss really is haribo
How long have you been veggie for?

Oh god. I fucking hate milk. I seriously, seriously loathe it. It makes me want to throw up.
In fact, if it wasn't for cheese and chocolate, I reckon I'd find it pretty easy to go vegan. Sadly, I am entirely addicted to chocolate, so it's just not going to happen.
Hmm and anyone else get flack for being the only vegetarian in the family? My mama hated the idea. Lol, but I hear significantly less about it now that I've moved out. They understand I guess

I used to be allergic to soy, so that made it a bit difficult, since a lot of the "fake meat" are soy products. My soy allergies arent as bad now [they werent realy bad then either], it just depends on the product.

because i still wanted to be vegetarian...?
Well, the asian fake meat is what i was mostly allergic, and still that depended [mostly only the more 'condensed', 'chewy' formed ones]. However, the more mainstream products like the hotdogs, chicken, and sausages from brands like MorningStar do not stimulate on my allergies. Since i am still able to stay vegetarian, while getting the my protein [also from beans], i dont see the problem.
fascinating?
