Look, I'm not going to tell you what to do because it is your decision... But you can control whether or not you throw up and you are blessed to be able to do what you want with your life fuck what other people think ! And you hurt those around you... I have really bad acid reflex so I vomit all the time and it's not my fault and I have had it ever since I was fourteen... Do you know how many people asked me if I was buleimic? I was embarrassed and my friends didn't k ow about it until my diet changed from orange juice and lemonade to wAter and milk everyday and NO CARBONATED drinks ahah but just think about the people who cant control it, and those who love you and how you would feel if their doing what you are...

Just sayin.... if you stop eating process carbs and limit your diet to meat, vegetables, and fruit... you'll lose weight and your skin and hair will look awesome... but you're probably not interested in that kind of info.

Skipping meals and starving yourself isn't working? What ever happened to decreasing your calories reasonably and EXERCISING? Apparently you're just determined to be unhealthy. FYI, when you throw up after eating, most of the calories have already been absorbed, so it's not like you're getting rid of everything you ate.

you know what? screw the fuck what other people say, i throw up when i need to. So this is what i do, i just stick a finger down my throat and thats really it. make sure to pull your back cuzz it does get messy sometimes, and it really depends on you gag reflex.

I don't want to hear it isn't healthy for you iv tried the healthy way and its not work. Im not bulimic or anorexic i just wanna loose some weight so i stop self harming and feeling so depressed all the time.
I just want to know i to make myself purge after every meal i have been successful 3 times so far but i just ate dinner and i couldn't purge properly i just kept chocking.

ok if you really want advice (which obviously you do or wouldnt have posted it) (note: to you fkers giving lectures and beaking this girl) use a tooth brush and right before you use it do a shot of Tequila, i hate tequila and even the smell can make me want to throw up so it helped quite a bit the first time i needed to make myself throw up because its difficult at first. If you dont mind tequila or enjoy it or whatever you can obviously sub that for something else ex. vodka, rum, sambuca, whiskey.. whatever you think will help your gag reflexes and allow you to vomit.

Ok hold on a second although this seems like a brilliant idea it is not if you keep doing it it will become an addiction. Each time you throw up the acid from your stomach will travel up into your mouth and after months of doing this the acid will start to erode your teeth and asophagus. And also if you don't get enough nutrients you will get a lot more problems like hair loss and your nails will break easily and probably curve inwards you will be at high risk of heart attack you will feel absoulutely rubbish about yourself and even when you loose the weight you will continue because it is highly addictive. I have tried this a few times and now whenever I eat I attempt to make myself vomit I'm skinny and every time I look in the mirror I see rolls of fat and I have been self harming for almost a year now I starve myself a lot and I have attempted suicide and ended up in hospital. So yeah if you want to be constantly depressed and fighting your entire life be my guest go ahead get an eating disorder, it's such a happy experience.
