      here's the easiest and most effective ab thing i know... it hurts like a biyatch at first, but beauty comes with work.. But it DOES work for me, and i got wonderful abs by doing it.

      1. Get in a push-up position, only lean on your elbows instead of your hands. your hands should be resting on the floor and your butt should not be too low or too high...
      2. hold this position for 1 minute. (TIP: listening to music makes it go quicker)
      3. Rest for 30 seconds or so to catch your breath.
      4. Do the whole thing AGAIN two MORE times. So you do the excercise a total of three times.
      5. i'd recommend doing this every day or every other day. it will get easier. if you get sore, it only means that its working
