I'm politely assuming you've just felt depressed from reading some farcical thread elsewhere. If that's so, then a deft click on your back-spacer will hit another tab on your browser where previously, maybe you found a cheerful website that will help you re-focus. That's what I do. Saves me getting overly depressed here.

umm if your feeling depressed its often good to write a diary to express your emotions and why you feel that way

Go out for a run or just do any kind of sport. It'll cheer you up if you're down

Write something, as in a poem or song. Or if you can, play some music.

Also, listen to music. I could not live without music, quite literally.

I find singing/dancing always distracts me for a while.

Listen to happy music or any type of music.
Watch your favourite tv shows, I like to watch friends when im feeling down because it makes me laugh or The big bang theory.
Go out with your friends.
Play some sports or go to your local gym.
Watch videos on youtube.

Listening to Trance. Helps clear my mind. Or I write my thoughts out. Helps me keep them in order.
