I really don't think it matters. I never go by height. I'm 5'2 and I weigh 170. I dance and weightlift and use to run track. Theres nothing wrong with being curvy : ]

generally if you have a lot of muscle, you shouldn't go my bmi, because it doesn't consider how much muscle you may have.
however, if you don't have much muscle, and it's generally just body fat, you need to lose weight. -

I personally dont think height always tells you. If you are very tall and only light bones, you would only weight lessish.
