Ok, ive breen pretty depresed in the past, I was in the hospital for over a year, got made fun of, ya know all of that shit. And I know that there are others like me who have gone through this, and people who are that depressed always have sleep problems (I did!!!). Ok, so the point is for years I couldnt sleep, and every night I woke up crying and hearing songs echoing in my mind. I slept for 4 hours a night. But I got through it and now sleep over 8 hours a night.
THE POINT IS... If there is anyone who is having sleep problems because they are depressed, please message me. I can probably help you out, since I have gone through it all. Again, message me and I can try to help ya out.:)
