My best friend used to be obese, and I have always been thin and in great shape. During the last year or so though, he started working out and eating healthier has lost it all. He has dropped something like 10 jeans sizes and i have gone up four. Now we kinda switched and I don't like it. Everyone comments on his weight loss and a few people comment on me. This is so not the way it should be. It is so stupid, what do i do?
My fat friend and I switched places

Well if your friend can lose 10 pants sizes, I'm sure you can go back down 4. If you don't like to run or use stairclimbers or any of them things try to pick up something like skating/bmx. great way to get you in shape without being bored.

work out. he did, so you should be able to do it too.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Create a personal goal to be more fit than him...
-
Use your friend as workout partner, obviously he knows something about losing weight lol.[SIZE=6]

be happy for your friend that he had the determination to lose weight... and go to the gym a lot.. maybe ask him if you can workout with him.
2 great programs to look into are
HIIT and Ripptoes Starting Strength
i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THOSE PROGRAMS IF YOU WANT TO START WORKING OUT. google them -
Aw. Well, honestly, If you don't like the status quot, all you can do is change it. Try eating healthier and working out, and sooner or later you will be at where you once were a year ago. Look at him as motivation and think to yourself of how you want to look just as good as you were a year ago.

Why are you being so unpleasant about your "fat" friend? Have you any idea of the sheer hard work and determination your friend will have gone through, to have achieved his weight loss?
I was recently on a diet and it was hell. So shut your trap about your friend, and get dieting yourself. Then, after you've gone through similar hard work shedding your pounage, go back to your friend and sincerely apologise.
Sometimes the best memories people make, are new ones.

why did u even bring ur friend into this? its not like he force fed u junk food or anything. u should be happy for him, and u should try dieting or exercising more.

This is the way its supposed to be. You used to be in the good place and now your friend has taken over, but then you didn't take care of that and then you swapped places, Its your own fault, Just do more excercise and eat healthier.[CENTER][SIGPIC][/SIGPIC][/CENTER]

I've definately noticed a weight gain over the last year; since I left school and started 6th form college. I blame it on the fact I get stressed and just keep eating. It doesn't help that I don't exercise either..
I'm determined though to shed some weight and get back into my cycling.
Good luck with yourself, by the way. I'm sure you'll manage to lose some weight. Just be happy for your friend, it's nice that they've managed to lose the weight!
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]YOU just squeezed the cream out my face -
Try and lose weight. Look at your diet and change it to be more healthy. Balance your diet out with doing exercise each day. If you friend is still losing weight, you could even do it together.[CENTER]
