She's obviously asking why she didn't feel pleasure. I can only think of a few things :

1. You were doing it wrong. Meaning you weren't stimulating the right parts, specifically the clitoris. The clitoris has the most pleasure sensors of your genitalia, so that's mainly where the pleasure comes from. The first few inches of the vagina also has quite a lot of sensors, so that works as well, although not as much as the clitoris. Some girls can have an orgasm by clitoral stimulation only. Doesn't even need any penetration!

2. You were uneasy. You're going to have a hard time reaching an orgasm if you were uncomfortable or if you weren't in the mood. I would suggest doing what your sister did; watch a porno first.

3. You weren't ready. Some of the telltale signs of a girl being ready for any sexual activity are nipples getting hard, clitoris swelling and being erect, vagina getting wet/lubricated, and a few others.
