      And I've never understood the insistance on consulting a doctor when you start a new exercise routine or diet. If you've never exercised before, and you have health problems, sure. But when I joined a new gym recently, and I had to have a check-over before I could join, and I had to be 'shown how to exercise correctly'. Even though I was a member of that gym for 2 years before I left 6 months ago.

      It was tedious and annoying as Hell. It took like 3 hours.


      I would have felt like such an idiot if I was working there and had to ask you to do that routine. I'd be like "ok, I'm going to take you to the how to exercise routine. Oh and after that, can you teach me some things and answer some of my fitness questions?"
