You can also bend Firefox to your will with about:config ... I don't know any other browser that can do that.

I wouldn't use Chrome because it "phones home" way too much info about what you are doing.
Even when you set it not to- its still transmitting some sort of data to Google. -

Mozilla said they are going to do this too, separate processes for each tab. I think it's for 4.0 around October 2010

Matt, have you tried Opera 10 yet? It's so much better than 9. However Firefox is still my fave.
