very much dependant on how tall you are. if your 4 foot 8 your gna weigh alot less than someone 6ft tall.

Yep, your height and body structure will make a difference. If a horse runs you over it's because you're in the way.

if your 5 foot 6 or taller than aslong as your under 150 pounds your at a healthy weight. If your under 5' 6 then you should weigh less than 140 pounds.

90lbs

It depends on your size, like stated above. If you are over the average, don't automatically say "OMG IM FAT!" because there's alot of other things that have to do with it. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, and nobody's perfect.

ANYONE over 5 foot tall who weigh's less than 100pounds needs to eat some food.
90lb's is not a healthy weight, infact it's freakishly skinny. you might aswell be shagging a skeleton. -
113.436 lbs
Anything other than that is not only bad-looking, but illegal in some states.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] -

your supposed to have some fat on you, especialy as a girl, although very toned girls might look nice, theyre no good for touching.

Genetics, height, bone structure are the main things to look at when it comes to whether or not you're at a healthy weight.Check out my Album.

There is no right weight, don't be fooled by BMI, if someone says a BMI of 22 is the best for you, if you reach that BMI according to your height and weight it doesn't necesarrily mean you are healthy, you could have like 30% bodyfat percentage and so your lean bodyweight is low, which is quite unhealthy, and also like the other guy said if you weigh more than average for your height you could still have low bodyfat percentage and high amount of muscle/waterweight/glycogen-store weight/blah blah weight. So yeah BMI isn't everything, it's not really accurate. And if you have been wondering what the fuck I'm talking about in BMI, BMI is a number worked out by the formula that compares your height and weight; if you're inbetween 18-25 you are generally considered healthy with 25+ being overweight, but yeah, like I explained it doesn't mean a lot due to what your bodyfat levels are and muscle/lean body weight.

Just because you may be within the right weight based on your body mass index doesn't mean you're healthy. Perhaps if you're worried you should go over the problem with a doctor. Genuinely when people feel they aren't healthy for some reason, the gut feeling is almost always correct.
