So, my cousin was cutting himself and he went to see a doctor and all that stuff and now he still has red marks where the cuts were and this is like 2 months after it happened so he wants to know how to get rid of the red marks from where the cuts were.

Eh, I'll post here - I would like to know some methods to make cuts heal faster, if someone knows. I tried some methods, but none of them really worked. It's not a big problem, just shit happens from time to time.[CENTER]Son, I am your brother.

i'm not sure how to get rid of cut marks. but i know with regular scars it helps if you put vitiman E on it.

to heal a wound very easily i find if using peroxide then using a bit of alcohol it heals alot quicker...hurts like a u kno wut but....it does work i heal within 2-3 days. and yes i looked into the scar thing, and using vitamin E shuld help[CENTER]There are no stupid questions, just stupid people. umm my dad found this liquid stuff called 'Trace Minerals'
and he said that if you put it on a cut(not a just-opened still bleeding cut) it will speed up the healing process
i have never tried it on knife cuts(i dont cut myself so..)
however really expensive this stuff really really works
Morter Health System - Vitamins & Supplements
or try neosporin? -

for small scars you can do laser surgery to repair the skin tissues...but it is very expensive and with any procedure, dangerous. scar tissue is not like regular skin tissues so, to the best of my knowledge, don't bother with the vitamin E. if you do try vitamin make sure you get oil with like 10k+ IU not just some cruddy cream. But, in general scars are forever, if you are lucky they may fade a LITTLE bit over a couple years but that's about it. Source: Medical Classes and Research.

Maybe cosmetic laser will do? I have a friend who accidentally cut her wrists and has this big scar. She says she's thinking if she will have it removed by laser. But I think it costs much though.

thousands of dollars. assuming she is not an adult with a "high-up" job, i wouldn't count on cosmetic surgery. My Blog --- gatlinock.blogspot.com/

On an episode nip/tuck, there was a kid who called himself enigma; and he carved 666 into his head and some kind of message into his chest; and one of the doctors used this little device to press the scar down. It was kind of like ironing a scar. You can look it up but I'm sure you'd have to pay a pretty penny.

OMG that's probably what it was haha. I just didn't know how else to say it. You obviously shouldn't put an iron to a scar though lol. -

Umm...if I am correct...ironing a scar? wuld that not make a bigger scar? Laser surgery is very expensive last i checked.
We make jokes about my friend (he contributes too I am not cruel) but he took a face plant off his bike and literally bit the curb....he has scars all over his face so we say he got into a massive fight.....sumtimes ending that statement with, and the pavement won, but none the less I have scars from when I once did that and now a days I just say I got cut up in a mosh pit at a concert (which isnt really a lie, i have cuts everywhere from really violent moshes)...works everytime[CENTER]There are no stupid questions, just stupid people. I said it was, "LIKE" ironing a scar. I didn't recommend actually ironing the scar. That makes no sense. The post was edited 1 time, last by xNerRadx ().
